Ok im not normally a poetry writting person and every time i tried it turned out horribly worng till this time and i thought i'd share. Comments would be very wellcome cos as i said im not a poetry person and i need all the help i can get.
Living up to expectation.
Dealing with all those questions.
Why the pressure to have to be,
someone who isn't me?
Why can't I just be myself?
Why do i have to be someone else?
Why do people really care?
About the way i wear my hair.
Why do people have to conform?
To someone else's stupid rules.
Why can't people just be free?
To be the people they want to be.
Why can't people be the way they are?
Without being afraid to stray so far.
If people could only see.
Living in fear not the way to be.
They'd be themself.
They'd realise.
That life's not worth living in disguise.
